- 25fps should be enough, but for some complex reasons that is better to not
- explain here, the more fps you get, the better the gfx looks.

- You could use 25fps and no more, if you could also use a "motion blurrer",
- which costs more CPU time than giving i.e. 60fps with no motion blur.

- Another thing: the more "the scroll is fast", the more lotsa-fps are useful:
- if the objects on screen move quite slow, you'll get the same sensation using
- i.e. both 10fps or 50 fps. But if the gfx moves very quickly, then you'll
- notice a big difference between 10fps and 50fps.
